Your Security Team? But according to those post from other complainant that also referred to That "Security Team" says that it was not existing instead that is a BOT meaning you as official is also the one who runs that security team.

I'm Not sure if there is someone that Buys your answer here. Because it seems that almost Everything that posts here are against your scam activities and some Shills from your team also.
You observed correctly, it seems the 1xbit scammers are using sock-puppets to make a claim and then send thanks because they received their funds back.
It seems all too convenient that newbies are alleging their account has been frozen and a few days later they are saying they have received their funds but established members of the forum or those newbies that provide transaction ids and screenshots are being ignored by the scammers.
Yeah Lets Continue showing People here in forum about the Status and the Trust History of this account so it will reflect to the Whole Site/company and brings warning to everyone that will visit this Thread .

I created that image with the feedback/trust visible so that others could be warned before they invested their money and time in to their website. I hope it gets repeated at least once in each page of this thread.
