See this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economy_of_Spain.  That means 6% of 1.35 Billion is 81Billion USD. If for example we just use 30% because Spain still have its own Fiat money in circulation now, that means 24.3 Billion USD.  Now divide that by 50Million coins. You will come up with 486 USD or .78 BTC. Now in the future if all will use this currency that means the value should be 81Billion divided by 50M coins which is 1620USD or 2.6 BTC at currenct exchange rate.
