Agreed with you nothing sure in the match it depend on the team strategy how they would get succeed to manage the pressure and keep focus on the game to make sure its winning. Although Manchester City not have a good track but Dortmund is not a constant side with its performance than I would like to place bet on Manchester City.
I see Manchester City better prepared to win the two legs of the quarter-final against Borussia Dortmund. Afaik, Manchester City are unbeaten this season at UCL and it's good capital to say they are favorite.

They can't always win, but I don't see that City is "so much better" now than in previous games to finally beat Borussia.
Borussia is also very well placed in Group E with just one defeat compared to City.
I'll not play against the odds, I am still deciding... but I'l bet at most on a City draw.
