Have your tried to reset the machine and build up from ground 0 ?

these are the steps i tried to do before posting

install official firmware
reset device
leave device open for 2hours
try to run board recovery tool from bitmain site

steps i did after i opened thread

installed vnish cfw
changed miner worker name from l3++ to l3a

boards still return 0 asic

is there any other step i can do?

yes can mail me 1 of the dead boards and let me test it on my working l3 gear .

You only have 1 machine and

you may have 4 dead boards
you may have a dead controller
you may have an incorrectly programmed controller.

So you are dead in the water and need working gear to determine if your boards are dead.

I am usa based I am running 20 plus l3 and l3+ units

you have l3++ but the boards will work on an l3+ controller.

there is simply no way to help you without working gear being put into the mix

actually i already bought a new controller
the controller out of the box wasnt working for some reason the IP wasnt being detected no matter what i did to fix it it never worked.. the new board worked as soon as i started the asic so i think the board is good
i could send you a board but i have to check with the post if the shipment is opened yet or not to usa
