Don’t think about it, don’t play with your phone for half an hour before going to bed, drink a glass of milk, and maintain a quiet sleeping environment.
What's with Playing phone 30 mins before sleeping? is that can affect your Sleeping method?
Before sleeping, maybe you could drink some warm milk to make you feel relaxed
Even warm Water will help and not needed to be Milk.

Agreed. i swapped warm milk to warm water like 2 months ago. my sleep is still as sound as when i was drinking warm milk.
Yeah I do this before and after sleeping and It helps me lose weight also aside from Good sleep also good in weight loss.
You can try taking a course of melatonin, going to bed early to make it a habit, and another great option is to read a book with a relaxing story in bed before bedtime.
Sorry but what is for melatonin?
