Hes just troll spamming. Look at his post history. he posts many coins are dead, to spam his SUN coin.

I checked SUN, and it looks very scammy., heres a breifing.
Low value blocks, but was premined 1 million, (to put into perspective there are currently 1,464,098 coins in circulation) It looks like a large amount has been dumped on the market right away.  price went from 0.0002 to 0.0000135, 3 weeks later. So im guessing this guy is trying to sucker some people into buying the rest of his SUN. Either way, i cannot see it gaining value any time soon.

On the other hand. TOP, although not gaining value, has remained steady, while all those scam coins keep dropping.

I would not say TOP was dead, or even close. Seems its just starting to live!
