Is there anyone that officially accepts block chain notarized documents as proof of anything?

All that does is prove the document existed in a certain block. In order to be legally binding, I think you would also have to run a time-traceable server that records when blocks were broadcast. The timestamp in the block itself is worthless, since it can't ever be proven to be traceable. And I'm not sure if a legal entity would accept a block explorer's timestamp as binding, either.

I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm just trying to figure out how this all works. These services might have gone away because of these issues
