People don't like losing money, you'll find similar "reviews" for almost every gambling site out there. The people who are playing happily and think it is an average site will rarely take the time to leave a review with no incentive to do so. Many who have lost money on bad decisions will however blame the site and go out of their way to offload the blame on to something else, at that point they are under a heavy emotional stress looking for an outlet to hurt the perceived wrongdoer. You might find a mixture of reviews from customers of say, a hotel, but winners have zero reason to praise a gambling site (because they think they can win more) and sore losers are usually irrationally enraged.
