I think I know what the bet was on.
The only bet with these odds which makes sense is -1 for the rest of the game ( so imagine the game is 0:0 ) .
So United need so win the rest of the game by 2 goals. Other sites have this bet as well so my guess is thats the 1 .

Also its really the only bet that makes sense according to picture, odds and time.
