This is unfortunate because in that case its pretty much just your word vs. theirs. I do not think you will get your affiliate money but it would be courteous of them to issue a response in this thread... Maybe they already addressed it in their thread and thought that was sufficient, I didn't check.
Problem here is it's just his words vs. total silence on Roobet side : OP is willing to cooperate with Roobet but we cannot state the contrary.
On a side note : that mixed coin TOS is really bullshit imo.
