so i assume that ripple's case with sec is now over and maybe for the ripple team/community to celebrate this epic event they pump the price up to 1 dollar , add in the positive speculation/fomo's which also contribute in the surge
No, it's not fully over yet but it's almost there.
They are granted to access SEC documents to prove about the unregistered security offerings.
This could end up to be an attack from SEC. Just my own assumption. But. if they can prove that fact then the value of XRP could even explode than just $1 per coin.
Price surge could also be because of investors coming back after a big dump since the alleged complaint.
They put a big scar against Ripple but at the end it made them stronger. Bad move for SEC.
hmm so im wrong and they are right but it wasnt a bad move from sec because they are only doing thier job and xrp do also has its own mistakes but this time maybe they want to change because they also dont want thier business to go down .
