Unfortunately, there is no shortcut in the process of claiming hard forks. The most important thing is to transfer bitcoin from those addresses first before importing their private keys into non-bitcoin software.

When scammers see your OP they will probably PM you offering their services. Most of the time they'll ask you to send them your wallet.dat file. Never do that, they are lying, they can't help you, and only want to steal your coins. Each step of the claiming and recovery process should be public.
