This is a mandatory upgrade due a fixed bug found in previous versions.

• AbstractMem: Run a full Pascal node with minimal hardware requeriments (just 1 RAM Gb and 1 CPU computer)
• PayToKey: Provide a public key and will buy a new account if there is no account with this public key
