Im quite a skeptic so I truly believe that bitcoin will dip again anytime soon, but that doesnt mean that it will continue to decrease in value, there will come a time that it will eventually increase in price again, though it would take some time. For the holders of bitcoin, it's up for you to decide, afterall the world of cryptocurrencies revolves around flactuations and patience.
