Is there a central place bitcointalk keeps their rules for postings? It may be a good idea to let users know about the rules if you're going to punish them for breaking them

Just Don't lose hope and try to Let them understand that you mean nothing to break some Forum rules.
Hope you'll settle this Sooner , And use this as Lesson Learned for future activities .
