Players funds were returned at the day of the account's closure, it was confirmed in this message:
THEY ONLY GIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK WHEN YOU WIN TO MUCH MONEY
There were grounds to stop cooperating with this player, thus we returned his deposits and closed his account - the amount of deposits equals to withdrawals in the end.
