My advice to you is to be patient for at least 2 more weeks in which you can try to attract their attention on social networks - but try to be polite and not aggravate the situation even more.
As you wrote in the Reddit post, their TOS gives them the right to do such things - but I still hope that you will be able to get your funds as soon as possible.
