Well I would check with the shop you bought from first. See if there is any sort of Warranty/RMA that they offer, Either way it was damaged in shipping so hopefully you have some option. If that doesn't work Look into this thread here

just found this topic as I have the same issue and also with the same Supplier Shenzhen Dovina! I have sent them the defect hashboard, they have said they repaired the hashboard and sent it back to me. But again the exact same issue! They didn´t do anything imo and a video is not proof enough! Anyway I have paid 3 times for shipping...
Did they offer you any other solution? I will write a realy bad review, they are a bit afraid of that. But I don´t believe there is more I can do and unfortunately there is nothing I can get...
