It is because of the low wager during a week. The more you wager the bigger the share you get each week: $1 per $1000 wager each week + base amount depending on the Vip rank. Just ask your Vip host for clarification.
Yeah, the weekly reload amount depends on the VIP level and last 7 days wager amount. He don't need to go through VIP host for the clarification. Everything is described at their VIP Club page. And it's not fixed that the reload amount will increase $1 for each $1000 wager. It gives more to higher VIP rank users. I have personally experienced it.
