There is a difference between "if I am robbed at a casino, it is casinos fault to do something about it" versus "it is the casino that robbed me". You started out with saying you concluded it is the casino that robbed you, then when someone replied to you about how that's not possible you said that casino allowed this to happen, those are two very different things.
