are these legal to buy with out a prescription, (I know modafinil is not though you can not get into trouble for having it shipped into the US from say India, but then you don't know what you are getting either, however getting it shipped from someone in the US to someone also in the US is illegal. (ie the shipper NOT the receiver is breaking the law here)
