Live bet? When did you try to place this bet? Afaik the freebets cant be used on live bet. If you place this freebets before the match begins, probably the odds was changing while you tried to place it which prevent the system from accepting this betslips. I think they happens to me once while trying to place a freebet as well ( refreshing the page helps though )
