cool, thanks guys! and ya'all were right, it was pretty simple once I knew the steps. I was able to successfully transfer. I had to wait a good 10 minutes while it was pending but it worked. 
Great to hear! And also, be careful choosing the right network. Like for example, ETH, you can opt for BSC or ERC20 or BEP2 or in USDT (BEP2/BSC/ERC20/OMNI/TRC20). It is better to double check this kind of detail rather than encountering problem about error in sending to these different networks. Hard if you encounter one. Before executing every transaction, you really have to check not only one about the addresses to prevent losing your funds.
