For Bitcoin you have to use BTC or BTC SegWit (if available).

I'm not convinced if you withdraw from Binance or you withdraw from somewhere else to Binance and maybe you should explain better what you have there and what you intend to do, because I'm guessing here.
But since the other address in the transaction is a legacy address (1*), I expect you have the same fees.
