You mean you are using Binance, and want to send Bitcoin to another person using Binance? If so, all you need is to send using p2p, but sending to another Bainace account using email or phone number. I have not tried it before, but I think it should be free as usual. But this applies to when sending from Binance account to another Binance account.

Open your Binance account
Click on Wallet
At the topmost part, click on p2p
Then click on transfer as you see in the image below.



Then, click on send as you see in the image below.



It will bring out the email of the account you want to send the BTC to, or the phone number linked to the binance account of the receiver.
