As for GetSpendl, have you tried contacting the support? IIRC, they are very responsive.
Honestly, I prefer to use something that's well known and trusted by our Bitcointalk community or at least tested by highly trusted members. Advcash seems to be the one satisfying all of these criteria. Will keep waiting for them
