i wanted to withdraw coins from my cold wallet (using https://wallet.callisto.network/ for stacking) but it throws error when trying so:

red panel at bottom shows up with "execution reverted" information. i cannot move or send it as my coins are locked. any advise?
also is there other way to stack coins instead of only on above wallet?
