The number of cases doesn't drop down if we talked about the entire Philippines and the most hotspots are on NCR Bubble Plus (Manila, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite). And the bad news, there's an increasing number of cases outside the NCR Plus so there's no such thing as numbers are being dropped.
