You probably should have lead with the fact they restrict crypto withdrawals to specific users on a crypto forum. I don't think most gamblers on here are comfortable providing KYC documents given the number of hacked sites we hear about and identity documents being found on the dark web.

Fair point. I can bring this to the attention of the admins, and maybe consider implement a limit to the daily withdrawals for crypto for newer accounts.
