Did you already do some computation like computing it on the rate where you request for withdrawal? No idea about when or what rate or time Betnomi converts fiat to crypto during withdrawals. Next time use other cryptos for much lesser fees in return.
When I played and withdraw from Betnomi, I first talk to their support and ask what will be the fees for a Bitcoin withdrawal. And to be fair, the support tells me the the fees is currently so high that he gave me other options to withdraw.

So it's better to check with the support first and then withdraw with the lowest option like XRP.

Its not advisable to withdraw using BTC here since the fee is set to high, I don't know if this one could be fix and maybe they should allow there user to set their own preffered fee so that the user can set according to what they like. But for now better to use the coin you said since this is more ideal to use upon withdrawal and deposit.
Well there could be gamblers who are "bitcoin wallet only", so I would say that they are going to withdraw and then complain later. But I would say that they should learn how to used other crypto wallets as well as Betnomi offers a lot.

There are online gambling that let's you set your preferred fee, but the thing is that it can get stuck and you will be frustrated when you have to wait.
