You probably do not understand why people are participating in bounty campaigns. At first, they still believe that hype will come back and every altcoin will moon. Secondly, they are used for this job and do not want to learn new ones. I do bounty campaigns because I meet both criteria 1. a developer

.sometime, people believe on them although they dont give that much. and doing something easy is great than try hard todo the other confusing ways. start learning and do some news is better, because you can take all stuff you need and make it easy
You are right of course with the three points you mentioned, but let's face it not everybody is a programmer or a coder and for all those three things you need to have certain qualifications.
Bounty and airdrops allows those without such qualifications to also get involved and participate in the revolution. I think that is great and leads to a win win situation for both those who can code and those who can't code.
