3.8.6. the author left reviews about the same exchange or company under different user names;
What type of security measures you have in place to combat such issues? Is it based on IPs, content, or something else?
PROBLEM SOLVING
If the exchange/company solves the problem on the review with a negative score (from 1 to 3), the user has the opportunity to report this to the site Administration. This will have a positive effect on the company's rating.
Does it mean that you've notified every single one of the platforms that you've listed prior to their listings?
It's always nice to see another review platform but it's getting harder and harder to trust online ratings/reviews.
We have a lot of ambassadors working at this stage - it could be anyone/most likely a simple passerby or BitcoinTalk user
This is what moderation on the rating is for, to prevent fraud - we check and control this: 1 user = 1 rating/feedback
Everyone who gets listed on the rating gets an official letter.
It really is a people's rating - people leave their feedback based on their experience.
