The withdraw fees for ethereum chain is so high and that makes sense if kucoin was charge you a lot of fees. You have no solution for this other than accept it.
Just leave your coin if you don't wanna to withdraw your money dude.
I think that it will be useless even you are contacting the kucoin team.

I have an idea for OP, he or she should leave the tokens on kucoin until the ETH london update is active which will drastically lower gas fee for Ethereum once and for all, since is something around July of this year and now that Berlin update is complete be rest assured that eth fee will still get lower soon
