You probably do not understand why people are participating in bounty campaigns. At first, they still believe that hype will come back and every altcoin will moon. Secondly, they are used for this job and do not want to learn new ones. I do bounty campaigns because I meet both criteria

How about those who only participate because they find it much easier than trying their luck on Lottery..And bounty doesn't required any skills and perfect for lazy persons they would just do some simple task and wait till the reward gains price from the market.
