Because they forced me to generate a new password. I did not forget my password, however I could not log in. But because I had to generate a new password, they said they will not let me withdraw until some days. My request was send out my money to skrill and close my account but they just closed my account and now they don't reply where is my money. I can't chat with them because my account is now disabled, they don't reply to my email. Now how can I save out my money from this site?
I feel like you left out some details here. Why would they close your account just like that? Doesn't make any sense especially due to the reasons that you mentioned.
