Solo Mine with AMD Sempron?

Hi,
I am basically a noob in solo mining and i need help in setting that up for me.

I am having AMD Sempron Processor and Windows 7 OS.

I have got Pooler Miner and Heavy Coin Wallet.

Can someone please explain me on how to mine with wallet as well pooler miner at the same time.

Please tell me whether solo mining is good to do now?

I am getting nearly 20Kh/s with 1gh.com cpu miner
