No back of it is blank white, thanks for the suggestion may post it there later if nothing comes up here.
Maybe black light is your only hope so far because there seems to be no clue as to what is behind that, maybe try to Google search the image, maybe that can give you some clue or check if there is a way where it can be scanned like an RFID or something like that.
