If you want the 0.8 version specifically, it's here:
https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/releases/tag/v0.8.0Just make sure you get all the dependencies right, as some of them are old they might not be your system's default repository. It would also probably be difficult to make this version sync with the current network.
