Aside from the address, this is a scam because:
A) The variable cost of a chip comprised of photonic logic gates capable of performing SHA-256 calculations would far exceed $10k given the yield of the technology.
B) Photonic logic gates operating in the 400-450nm exist in labs right now. Diffusion is the leading defect present during manufacture, smaller wavelength only exacerbates the previous claim.
C) In non-inert gas bath systems (although CO2 has been used in some cases), it requires in place spinning of fiber glass "conduit". So either the system has to ship with a gas circulation system to keep gas density uniform or, again, they're using things that only exist in labs at this point.
