I've been talking with Roobet briefly about this case and they told me that I could share this regarding this thread:

"To Whom It May Concern -

To clear any confusion on this issue, allow me to relay a message from Roobet Compliance. They have been closely monitoring this thread and working with legal council to document this case. Thank you for being patient while this response was drafted.

Roobet follows a strict KYC/AML protocol, and uses state-of-the-art technology to trace bitcoin transactions to ensure no funds - sent to or withdrawn from Roobet wallets - are used to support websites or networks associated with the darkweb or nefarious services.

This individual had several opportunities to identify themselves and prove that the attempted withdrawals were not being used in this fashion, and instead of working with the Compliance team, they provided falsified documents and attempted to socially engineer the Roobet support team over the course of nearly 200 individual articles of correspondence.

Unfortunately we cannot disclose any sensitive details that would potentially compromise Roobet's ability to catch and hold individuals engaging in this behavior accountable.

Stay safe out there."

They asked me for documents, accepted them.
Some days after, then they closed my account without giving any explanation.

If they want to record videos with my documents, I am real, the documents sent are real, there is nothing wrong with my documents, I have a real passport.

This is a great excuse for them.

"Your documents are false, we will not return what we got you goodbye"

ahhahahahhahahahh

Roobet is acting in bad faith.

Before they said that my Bitcoin transactions were suspect, and now they said that my documents are false.

What next is going to be? I tried to hack their website, that my balance was fake Huh??
