Ethereum would have been the best if not for the high transaction fees that's currently one of the biggest issue the network is facing, so aside Ethereum, many people have been moving to binance smart chain which I think is also good too, tron network is also very good but doesn't have many project building on it, maybe because the blockchain was over hyped in its early days by the founder, Justin sun, seller network is also very good but not too many project building on it, the list is endless, but if I should suggest, I did advice you go with the most popular ones which is:-

Ethereum (if you don't mind the high transaction fees)
Binance smart chain (currently very popular but centralized)
Tron network
