If you are planning to sell something worth 15 BTC (worth around 820k USD right now) do you really think it is a good idea to make such a small OP? IMO some more information are required to attract potential buyers. I hope this is not a scam.
Thanks for the feedback. Truth is people have been DMing me, and I've been sending out detailed info in private. The property is currently not listed anywhere.
Btw, in the USA, real estate transactions always go thru escrow & title company, so scam is not possible.
