I think this is sad because a lot of people have a hard time during this shit pandemic with money.

I bought a Goldshell KD5 miner yesterday and now they have deleted my account and the order is gone. I can't retrieve my account anymore so I tried to register again with the same email which worked, but my old username is taken so I got a new one. No orders in dashbord ( orders ).

I paid via BTC and got confirmation from my Binance account to the address on evominers.com that's its paid. I also followed the instructions on evominers very carefully since it was a lot of money for me, 7005 $ for this miner after discount (15% first order).

I've tried to call them but the phone is disconnected and nobody replies on the support email.

It also says that the exact amount has to be paid, otherwise evominers will ignore the payment.
The problem is also that the confirmation time for BTC took over 40 minutes so the BTC-amount changed.
