Just wondering when this altcoin Filecoin will rise again? In fact all altcoins took a big dip, are we expecting it all to rise again?

I think that it has reached the top already and whatever its price right now is an opportunity if you think that it will be once again reaching the top.
Just like the other altcoins, the price for filecoin has been dropping and that's reasonable because it's a lot of them that have been experiencing it.
