There was this saying, or may I say proverb, in the Chinese culture[1] that could roughly be translated to:
The best time to plant a tree is twenty years ago. The second best time is now.
Although you may think that I'm going slightly mad talking about trees and the likes when you made a question regarding being late to invest in BTC,, but for the past couple of years this sentence has been adapted to the financial market[2]. It goes like this (there are numerous variations, but the message is the same):
The best time to invest was 10 years ago; the second best time is now.
I believe you are able to understand the main goal of this sentence - no one can predict the market and no one will ever be able to predict the market mostly due to the fact that if everything was so predictable and so easy to "interpret" would there even be a financial system? People invest in the financial system mainly to reap rewards in the short/long term because they think/believe that whatever they are buying is going to increase in profits/or decrease (That's for you you sneaky shorters[3]) as the time goes by. If everyone knew that the market would always increase no matter the outer scenarios the system would totally be out of balanced and it's purpose would be spoiled. The sentence kinda makes you think that if you believe that something is worth your money then you should invest in it right now and avoid thinking in "what if" scenarious because no one whats what will come out of it. Remember this :
it is very easy to say that BTC would be a dazzling investment 10 or so years ago because you area actually seeing it's impact today.also which wallet is most safe and secure atm?
I think that there is a really compelling and structured thread that you can read where you'll get a sense of all the type of wallets out there and the pros/cons of each one of them. You can go to that thread by clicking
