What are your experiences with this mine? Is it solvent? I read a lot of opinions about it, but some people write that it pays, while others say that it is a scam.

the pool is not a good option - for some it pays correctly but at other times it pays out to the wrong address or to no address at all and the pool keeps it as a "donation"

Totally Agree. If you do find a LTC block the DOGE block doesn't credit.

All uncredited blocks and coins stay in pool wallet. Pool takes from some adresses small amount of coins - fee to execute other transactions.
Some addresses have 2+ DOGE coinbase transactions from mined blocks. All pools have this payout logic. I think admins of this pool knowingly don't setup payout procedure when LTC block and DOGE block has been split-mined. I'm still checking logged transactions. Later post some information about this analysis. Need some time to do this.
