Leave bitmex, switch to binance, convert your BTC into USD and continue to trade on binance. Headging requires constant monitoring and kills your liqudity (part of your money is fighting with other part of your money). So you need to hold twice as much money on exchange (not your keys not your money). You are also exposed to flash crashes.
