As Yogee said early, it depends on current fees on the eth network. The problem is that they require only 32 chz(~$17) for withdrawal, although the preferred fee for an erc-20 transfer is 25-30 dollars at the current moment. I guess they need to do dynamic withdrawal fees for erc-20 tokens, considering that gwei is unstable, especially after the Berlin hard fork.
