You may want to lock the thread now OP to avoid trollers I think the Roobet representative / Manager already given you the desired and best reply to why your account was locked. Now you look at your self and always comply with the rules while you play.
This individual had several opportunities to identify themselves and prove that the attempted withdrawals were not being used in this fashion, and instead of working with the Compliance team, they provided falsified documents and attempted to socially engineer the Roobet support team over the course of nearly 200 individual articles of correspondence.

Blocking your account and giving them these justifications means that they are sure that your account should be banned, and they are not waiting for "emails or posts" to re-disclose the matter.
