I guess everyone can mark this bounty and project as scam, as their telegram and bounty groups are closed or everything is deleted there. Plus their website is no longer alive.
I guess i haven't done bounties in a while, you mean bounty hunters can now wait for 6months to receive their bounty 
Waiting time was a red flag!
